Frequently Asked Questions

Q: MSRP?

We will adhere to your MAP pricing and protect your products' pricing in the marketplace, provided it meets our minimal margin requirement. If the margin is insufficient, we'll let you know prior to purchasing or discuss it on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to mark up the merchandise within reason above MSRP at our discretion.

Q: Terms?

The Vendor Circle program works on a net-45 days term.

Q: Account Ownership?

The account will be owned and operated by the Cubework Vendor Circles program.

Q: Wholesale Price?

Although there is no defined margin requirement for the required wholesale price, we will provide you with an expected wholesale price based on a formula of selling price, per-transaction margin, expected return rate, and per-transaction overhead.

Q: Return?

The Vendor Circle program holds the title to the purchased inventory and will take responsibility for returns. However, a return allowance will be required based on your expected return and subject to adjustment based on the actual return rate.
